- Access User Settings:
- Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the Connect interface.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Notifications:
- In the Settings menu, open the Notifications tab.
- Adjust Notification Preferences:
- In the Notifications table, locate the specific events for which you want to stop receiving notifications.
- Toggle the notification settings to “None” to disable notifications for those events.
- Save Changes:
- After making your adjustments, click Save to apply the changes.

Qualia Connect asks for your phone number to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which adds an extra layer of security to your account.
Qualia Connect users can enable “Inbound Message Preview” in their notification settings to see the message content directly in their email notifications.
The parties that received a Qualia Connect message will appear within the body of the notification email, rather than in the email CC list.
Connect requires each party to confirm their own contact information directly, so we know exactly who should receive updates for this transaction. It reduces errors, prevents missed messages, and helps ensure the right people get the right information at the right time.
Connect won’t replace your title company or add extra work. You stay in full control of notifications and can choose how much (or little) you receive, including opting out entirely. The goal is simply to give you visibility when you want it, without adding noise.
